![]() ![]() I do like using, Toast, however, for my video and music burning with the Mac OS X system. Otherwise, it's just a family, friends, kind of look. That would make the Toast menu a professional tool. I asked Barbara if there's any other menu choice that'll give me a clean option with no editable section that I can use. I've got a video for a professional presentation, and I can't have any writing in the middle of the menu, in my case. I don't want MY MOVIE, or anything I write, permanently placed over my custom made menu (Photoshop). That's what I've been wondering all along. However, it does not work for me.īarbara from the Roxio Retrospect support group sent me instructions to follow to edit the MY MOVIE, but she say's it's not removable. I appreciate you trying it out for yourself to see that it worked for you. Yes, despite try everyone's suggestions the MY MOVIE is not editable on the Toast 10.0 version I'm using. ![]() What are you seeing in the Toast window that is next to the thumbnail image of the video you added to Toast? I've attached a screen shot where I titled the DVD "Toast test" and the name of the movie "Test". It is this text that replaces the "My Movie" that appears lower on the DVD's menu than the disc title. Usually the first line is the name of the movie file, the second line is a date and the third line is the time length. To the right of that image there are three lines of text. When you add a movie file to the Video window you will see a thumbnail image of the movie. The text you haven't been able to edit is the title of the individual movie file. That is the name you are giving your video DVD and it appears in the final menu near the top of the screen. The text that you are referring to as the Menu Title field is entered at the top of the Toast window. Yes I've checked and it works fine for me. pdf manual and to look on the discussion forums. They've replied once and didn't answer my question except to say refer to the Toast. I've got an email support question into Roxio to help with a solution. Perhaps, my version is "corrupted" is some strange way Anything entered in the Menu Title field just goes at the top of the Arabesque menu background as you see in the enlarged TIFF attachment.
